Also, PLEASE NOTE: It's possible that the dog you are interested in may have a pending adoption. Feel free to list multiple dogs names you'd be interested in, just in case.

To start the process, we’ll need you to fill out this multi-part application. It may seem like we are asking for a lot of information and we do. But only to ensure all of our dogs end up in the best forever home possible.

When you are approved for adoption and you come to pick up your dog, we require that an adoption waiver be filled out for every dog. If you'd like to preview the waiver, click here. This will open a new window or tab to preview the waiver, You can simply close it to return to this application.

Your information is protected and we don't sell or rent it to anybody.

East Coast Adoption Agency adoption fees are $350 ($360 for credit card payments online) (except courtesy posts... those normally run $50 to $100 and are clearly marked as such). When you get your new pet spayed or neutered and provide us with proof, we will refund $35 of that cost back to you. This fee may vary based on the care provided to the dog prior to adoption (I.E. spay/neuter/medical care/etc.) Our fees are based on these costs, averaged out over the amount of dogs we save each year. All fees received go directly back to being able to take in and adopt even more dogs.
