We take the responsibility of fostering an animal very seriously and not all applications for fostering can be approved.
To start the process, we’ll need you to fill out this multi-part application. It may seem like we are asking for a lot of information and we do. But only to ensure all of our doggies end up in the best foster home possible.

I Agree that I may be declined for any reason and that adoption approval is at the sole discretion of the foster AFTER I have had the opportunity to meet the dog.

Further, I understand that under no circumstances does East Coast Adoption Agency provide refunds if, for whatever reason, I return the dog or the dog has medical issues unknown to East Coast Adoption Agency or it's fosters and I understand that under those circumstances all I am entitled to is a replacement dog of my choice.
